As per the provisions of Article 32/7 of the company's AoA, the Mannai Corporation has issued a decision by circulation to hold an extraordinary general assembly meeting on December 3rd 2017 or any other date to be agreed on with the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in order to amend the company's Articles of Association in order to comply with the provisions of the corporate governance rules and the legal entities listed in the main market.
