Filling & Packing Materials MFG. Co. (FIPCO) announces that the Board of Directors meeting held on Sunday, the Nov. 05th of 2017, by which it was resolved that the Board would recommend to the General Assembly that no cash dividends will be distributed for the fiscal year 2017. The Board recommendation not to distribute cash dividends for the fiscal year 2017 is because FIPCO is looking forward to enhance its future expansion plans aiming to product diversification that copes up with FIPCO goals and aspirations of the investors.
