Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed Monday in the green zone after its benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) increased 0.09% or 6.14 points to reach 6,984.87 points.
TASI saw trading of 207.63 million shares on Monday, against 232.4 million on Sunday, whereas liquidity rose to SAR 4.5 billion, from SAR 4.1 billion.
The banks, telecommunication services, materials, and real estate management and development sectors levelled up 0.6%, 0.3%, 0.2%, and 1%, respectively.
On the other hand, the consumer services sector retreated 7.2%, and diversified financials tumbled 3.3%.
In the meantime, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market slid 0.96% or 29.22 points, reaching 3,027.03 points.
Nomu’s trading volume stood at 90,580 shares on Monday, against 57,610 shares on Sunday, while liquidity grew to SAR 1.09 million, from SAR 925,490.
