Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange's benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed Tuesday 0.74% or 51.4 points lower to reach 6,933.46 points.
TASI’s trading volume amounted to 287 million shares, through 129,000 transactions, generating SAR 6 million.
Kingdom Holding Company’s (KHC) stock slid 10% to reach SAR 8.1, with a liquidity of SAR 11.6 million.
The banks, telecommunication services, and food and staples retailing sectors went up 0.55%, 0.41%, and 0.12%, respectively.
On the flipside, the diversified financials sector levelled down 10%, and materials sector declined 1.1%.
In the meantime, NOMU, the main index of the Nomu-Parallel Market retreated 1.25% or 37.8 points reaching 2,989 points.
Arab Sea Information System’s stock led Nomu’s losers with 15.3% to reach SAR 12, whereas the stock of Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries surged 8.6%, closing at SAR 51.
