Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) inched down 0.03% or 2.13 points to reach 6,954.4 points in the week ended on 9 November.
TASI’s market capitalisation value increased by 0.27% or SAR 4.46 billion ($1.19 billion) to reach SAR 1.653 trillion ($440.8 billion) by the end of the week.
The average of TASI’s trading value surged 41% or SAR 4.5 billion ($1.2 billion) to reach SAR 22.5 billion ($6.01 billion) during the week ended on 9 November.
Traded volume’s average went up 33.4% or 225.5 million shares, registering 1.1 billion shares during the week.
The banks, telecommunication services, and real estate management and development sectors rose 1.7%, 1.8%, and 2.75%, respectively.
On the flipside, the diversified financial sector retreated 17.2%, and materials sector edged down 0.09%.
In the meantime, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market slid 4.75% or 148 points, reaching 2,973.07 points.
Nomu’s trading volume amounted to 532,000 shares, generating SAR 8.9 million by the end of the week on 9 November.
