Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced on Sunday that Bukhamseen Holding has purchased 900,000 of the National Bank of Kuwait’s (NBK) shares.

This transaction was executed at an average price of 218 fils, with a total value of KWD 196,000.

Bukhamseen Holding and its subsidiaries, associates, and affiliates own the largest stake of 34.81% in the NBK, followed by The Public Institution for Social Security with a stake of nearly 8%.

The bank’s capital stands at around KWD 103.73 million, distributed on 1.04 billion shares at a par value of 100 fils per share.

At the stock level, the NBK closed Sunday’s session at 220 fils.
