Cairo - Mubasher: Banque Misr will sign a $125 million finance agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), according to the bank’s vice chairman.

The agreement is divided between two tranches, a $75 million loan for financing small and medium businesses, and a credit line of $50 million to finance foreign trade, the vice chairman of Banque Misr, Akef El Maghraby added in his remarks on Monday to El Boursa.

Banque Misr is also in negotiations to obtain a loan from a foreign commercial bank with a total value of $500 million.
