Dubai – Mubasher: Azizi Developments on Monday announced that its AED 350 million project, Azizi Aliyah Residences, is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2018.

The project comprises 346 serviced residences, including 191 studios, 135 one-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments, in addition to 16,000 square feet retail space, according to a company statement.

“Azizi Aliyah Residences was our first project launched in Dubai Healthcare City and we are pleased to be on track to completing this luxurious project of serviced residences in 2018,” said Farhad Azizi, Azizi Developments’ CEO.

The planned project is located in proximity to big attractions in Dubai, including Dubai Creek Harbour, Downtown Dubai, and Dubai Mall, and surrounded by green spaces and “some of the best healthcare facilities in the world,” the company concluded.
