Mubasher: Gold prices rose on Monday, amidst a mixed performance by the US dollar.

Gold futures rose by 0.4% to the level of $1,278.9 per ounce.

The precious metal was supported by the possibility of a delay in the tax reforms proposed by US President Donald Trump and the Republicans to 2019.
