Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Aldar Properties on Tuesday announced that public sales for Water’s Edge Phase II will commence on 18 November.

Prices of the Phase II units “begin at AED 480,000 and ESCROW accounts with Union National Bank are being utilised for all purchases,” Aldar Properties stated.

Located on Yas Island, the second phase’s homes overlook the waterfront.

“We look forward to bringing the second phase of homes to market so that more customers can benefit from the opportunity to own a part of this unique community,” said Talal Al Dhiyebi, the company’s CEO, in a statement.

The Water’s Edge project is planned to be delivered in phases between June and December 2020, Aldar concluded.
