Signing of Management Contract with Accor Hotels.

We would like to inform  that Oman Hotels and Tourism Company SAOG has entered in to a Hotel Management Agreement with Accor Hotels for a development of a 4 star hotel in Al Khuwair  “ Novotel Muscat –Al Khuwair”, at the ceremony held in Tulip Inn Downtown Muscat on 13th November 2017.

The Novotel Muscat-Alkhuwair  is located  in Al Khuwair close to Muscat’s major shopping hubs, the Ministries Area and adjacent to prominent business and commercial centers. The hotel is expected to become a focal point for leisure and business travel to the capital.

This is our first project in line with our our five year business plan to develop 10 Hotels across Sultanate of Oman with in next Five years.

Total development cost of this project is estimated to be around RO 13 Million to be funded mix of debt and equity.
