1. Baker Tilly MKM (Oman) LLC were appointed as Statutory Auditors for the financial year ending 31 December 2017 for fees of OMR  12,000  ( OMR  Twelve Thousand).      
2. Mr. Ravindranath Venna was elected as member in the Board of Directors.
