Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Tayyar Travel Group’s board of directors decided on Wednesday, 15 November appointing Ahmad Samir Humdi Alzaeem as deputy chairman for the board’s current term.

The company said that the current’s board term will end on 3 March 2018, according to a statement on Thursday to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

In a separate statement, the Tadawul-listed company announced start of nominating for the board’s next term in the coming shareholders' meeting, and the next board's term will start from 4 March 2018, until 3 March 2021.

Al Tayyar's stock decreased 4.17%, closing at SAR 24.12 on Thursday.
