Mubasher: The eurozone’s consumer price index (CPI), known as inflation dropped to 1.4% in October, compared to 1.5% in September, Eurostat’s data revealed.

Analysts’ expectations had forecast that the eurozone's inflation will reach 1.4% in October.

Meanwhile, core CPI fell to 0.9% in October from 1.1% in the month before.

Energy prices increased 3% in October, compared to a 3.9% growth in September.
