Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based developer Sweid & Sweid on Tuesday announced the closing of a deal with Singapore’s Banyan Tree Holdings to develop a Banyan Tree Residences tower in Dubai "Hillside Dubai". 

Spanning 110,000 square feet, the residential tower will comprise 32 storeys and include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, along with duplex apartments with private outdoor gardens and three full-floor penthouses, according to the company's statement.

Hillside Dubai tower’s sales will be launched in the first quarter of 2018, while the project is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2019, Sweid & Sweid revealed.

“This is our first entry into the emerging branded residence space in the Middle East,” said Ho Kwon Ping, Banyan Tree Holdings’ executive chairman.
