Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) general index added 0.46% or 16 points to close at 3,460.93 points on Thursday on the back of buying of the real estate and bank stocks.
Arabtec Holding went up 0.8% to AED 2.49, while Emaar Properties increased by 0.77% to AED 7.86.
Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) levelled up 0.66% to AED 6.06, while Union Properties grew 0.5% to AED 0.82.
Emaar Development tumbled 0.35% to AED 5.75 for the second successive session.
Amanat Holdings added 1.56% to AED 1.3, while DXB Entertainments jumped 4.6% to AED 0.651.
The DFM’s trading volume hit 374.97 million shares versus 307.86 million shares on Wednesday, while the market’s liquidity dropped to AED 622.27 million, compared to AED 761.06 million in the previous session.
