Riyadh – Mubasher: Four private transactions were executed on Thursday on SABB Takaful’s stock on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) totaled SAR 117.79 million. 

The transactions saw trading of 11.05 million shares, at SAR 10.66 per share, according to a bourse statement.

The highest transaction value was SAR 112.36 million.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
