Mubasher: Barwa Real Estate Company on Tuesday announced that it completed the sale of 50,110 treasury stocks, according to a bourse filing.

The Qatar-based company’s capital amounted to around QAR3.89 billion divided on 389.12 million shares with a par value of QAR10 per share.

Qatari real estate firm Diar is the largest shareholder of Barwa Real Estate with a 45% stake.
