Riyadh – Mubasher: Two private transactions were executed on the stocks of Taiba Holding, and Alujain Corp. totaled SAR 6.07 million on Tuesday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The largest deal was on Taiba Holding’s stock after 149,400 shares were exchanged, at SAR 33.45 per share, with a liquidity of SAR 5 million, according to a bourse filing.

Alujain Corp.’s stock saw trading of 59,760 shares, at SAR 17.94 per share, generating SAR 1.07 million.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
