Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development plans to launch its first residential project in the UAE, called "I Love Florence Tower", Al-Ittihad newspaper said on Sunday.

The project will be implemented in collaboration with Roberto Cavalli's trademark, and it will be located in DownTown Dubai near to the Dubai Mall, and City Walk region, according to a source.

The tower will be comprised 34 floors, and it will looks like the buildings in the Italian city Florence.

The project will be launched officially during the coming week, and it will be completed by mid-2021.

Dark Al Arkan’s stock levelled up 8%, closing Thursday at SAR 12.84.
