Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that Boubyan Petrochemical’s compulsory acquisition of a stake in Educational Group Holding has completed on Monday.

Boubyan has acquired 25.132% of Educational’s equity representing 61.65 million shares, according to a bourse statement disclosed on Monday.

The takeover deal was completed following the Capital Markets Authority’s (CMA) approval.

At the stock level, Boubyan Petrochemical closed Monday’s session 1% higher at 612 fils, while Educational retreated 0.33% to close at 303 fils.
