Gulf Warehousing Company announced the open the election of new members of the Board of Directors by way of secret voting in a cumulative manner for the management of the Company for a period of three years for the period 2018-2020, in accordance with Articles 25, 26 and 27 of the Articles of Association Which will be completed after the 2018 General Assembly. The nomination will be open from 01 January 2018 to 15 January 2018.

We are pleased to inform you that the Company has decided to hold its Ordinary General Meeting on Monday 05/02/2018 at 6:00 pm. In case of non-quorum, the second meeting will be held on Sunday 18/02/2018, we will inform you later of the agenda of the General Assembly and the financial statements for the period ended 31/12/2017.
