Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Company announces the signing of Islamic loan agreement with Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Investment Holding Company (related party- major shareholder) on 31/12/2017 in the amount of SAR 115,000,000 (One Hundred Fifteen Million Riyals). The purpose of agreement is to fund the working capital and capex requirements of the company. This Loan is to be repaid without any commissions or financial charges within a period not exceeding 31/12/2019. This agreement is secured by promissory note.
