Mubasher: Boubyan Petrochemical’s stock on Wednesday rose 3%, or 20 fils, to 690 fils, registering its highest level since more than three years by 12:03 pm Kuwait time on Boursa Kuwait.

The stock trading volume reached 693,800 shares, through 25 transactions, with a liquidity of KWD 473,200.

Boubyan Petrochemical’s stock saw buying offers that hit 1.35 million shares, whereas selling offers amounted to 233,300.

The petrochemical firm’s stock pushed the industrials sector up 4% to lead the bourse’s rising sectors.

In the meantime, Boursa Kuwait indices rose as the price, weighted, and Kuwait-15 levelled up 1%, 1.45%, and 2.2%, respectively.
