The Board of Directors of Qatar Oman Investment Company is pleased to invite its valued shareholders to attend its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) , which will be held at the Radisson blu - Giwana Hall at 6:30 pm on Sunday 4/2/2018 In case the quorum is not met, an alternate meeting will be held on Monday 12/2/2018 at the same time in the Radisson blu – Venus & Earth Hall , to discuss the agenda of the non – ordinary General Assembly meeting to update the Company's Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association .
