TASI rises, Nomu edges up at Monday’s open
The diversified financial sector rose 2.58%

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Monday in the green after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) grew 0.31%, or 22.95 points, to 7,462.6 points.

By 10:30 am KSA time, TASI’s trading volume amounted to 27.36 million shares, through 14,070 transactions, with a liquidity of SAR 479.27 million.

The diversified financial sector rose 2.58%, followed by energy with 1.31%, banks with 0.4%, telecommunication services with 0.19%, and materials with 0.04%.

On the other hand, the commercial and professional services and consumer durables and apparel sectors inched down 0.12% and 0.08%, respectively.

Kingdom Holding Company’s (KHC) stock was TASI’s best performer with 5.06% to SAR 9.75, whereas Bank Albilad’s stock fell 1.95%, reaching SAR 22.16.

Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market went up 0.04%, or 1.15 points, to 3,030.81 points. 

Al-Omran Industrial Trading’s stock gained 2.29% to SAR 17, whereas Arab Sea Information System’s stock tumbled 3.36%, reaching SAR 11.52.
