TASI, Nomu end Monday in green
TASI’s traded volume stood at 188.83 million shares on Monday

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed Monday up after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) jumped 0.59%, or 43.59 points, to 7,483.23 points, registering its highest level since 3 July 2017.

TASI’s traded volume stood at 188.83 million shares on Monday, against 203.2 million on Sunday, while liquidity declined to SAR 3.81 billion ($1.02 billion), from SAR 3.85 billion ($1.03 billion).

The media sector levelled up 8.54%, followed by materials with 1.25%, banks with 0.24%, and telecommunication services with 0.02%.

On the flipside, the commercial and professional services sector weighed down 0.1% and insurance shed 0.04%.

The Saudi Research and Marketing Group’s stock gained 10%, closing at SAR 65.80, whereas Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development’s stock fell 3.35% to SAR 10.98, despite leading the bourse in terms of trading volume and value.

In the meantime, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, NOMU, increased 1.42%, or 42.96 points, to 3,072.62 points.

Al-Omran Industrial Trading’s stock added 2.29%, finishing at SAR 17, whereas Arab Sea Information System’s stock dropped 3.36% to SAR 11.50.
