Dubai – Mubasher: International Blockchain Capital (IBC) Group on Monday announced that it had acquired a stake in Acumen Advertising as part of the group's plans to diversify its activities in 2018, IBC Group said in a statement.

“The utility of Blockchain and application of Digital and Community currencies is however not limited to online trading only and does have immense practical value when applied correctly to other transactions,” said IBC Group chairman Khurram Shroff.

The cooperation between our company and IBC Group will develop our capabilities and enhance our operations, Acumen Advertising CEO David Tobias commented.

The group did not reveal any details regarding the deal’s consideration or the acquired stake.
