The Board Directors of National Finance Co. SAOG has decided and fixed the record date to be Thursday, January 25, 2018 for the purpose of its proposed Rights Issue. Accordingly, all those Shareholders of National Finance Co. SAOG who are registered with the Muscat Clearing and Depository SAOC at the close of trading on the Muscat Securities Market on this date will have the rights entitlement for the Rights Issue of the company.
