Oil output of the world’s biggest exporter of liquefied natural gas (LNG) reached 594,000 bpd in December

Mubasher: Qatar reduced oil production by 12,100 barrel per day (bpd) in December, which is the lowest in 2017, according to the OPEC’s monthly bulletin issued on Thursday.

Oil output of the world’s biggest exporter of liquefied natural gas (LNG) reached 594,000 bpd in December, compared to 606,000 bpd a month earlier, the report added.

OPEC noted that other eight countries decreased their oil production during December, topped by Venezuela with 82,200 bpd.

While oil production of Saudi Arabia and Ecuador retreated to 10,900 bpd and 7,200 bpd, respectively, the data showed.

OPEC's total crude oil output increased by 42,400 bpd in December, registering 32.416 million bpd.
