Dubai – Mubasher: Mag Property Development on Sunday stated that it would deliver Mag 5 Boulevard Project ahead of the scheduled date, adding that it had expected to deliver the first phase by the end of the second quarter of 2018.

The AED 800 million Mag 5 Boulevard comprises two phases, the first of which was planned to be delivered by Q4-18, according to Al-Bayan newspaper.

The first phase incorporates six buildings, including 528 units vary between 72 studios; 324 single-bedroom, 120 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom apartments, Al-Bayan reported.

The second phase comprises seven building and is expected to be handed over by the second quarter of 2019.
