Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Alef Group on Sunday announced that it has sold 750 of the units offered in the first and the second phases of Al-Mamsha since the launch of the project in September 20217.

The sold units included single, two, and three-bedroom apartments, in addition to Duplex units, the group added in a statement.

Al-Mamsha is an integrated residential project in Sharjah, which adds value to the real estate developments in the emirate, Alef Group’s chairman Khalid Sultan Al Qasimi commented.

Alef Group has unveiled a new payment system, through which the client pays 5% of the property’s price in the first payment, then pays the rest of the amount in AED 4100-per-month instalments.
