Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Foodco Holding on Sunday reported a 17% increase in net profit during 2017.

The company’s net profit increased to AED 66.63 million last year from AED 56.94 million in the year-ago period, according to a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

Foodco’s revenues surged to AED 322.09 million in 2017 versus AED 291.69 million a year earlier.

Earnings per share (EPS) recorded AED 0.67 on 31 December 2017, in comparison with AED 0.57 at the end of December 2016, the company’s data showed.
