Mubasher: Al Salam Group Holding, which is listed on Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), achieved a growth of 192.8% in profits to nearly KWD 318,740 ($1.06 million) during the fourth quarter of 2017 compared to nearly KWD 108,860 ($363,300) in the same period last year.

During fiscal year 2017, the company suffered a loss of about KWD 77,260 compared to nearly KWD 314,700 in the prior year, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

At the stock level, Al Salam closed Tuesday’s session 3.75% higher at Boursa Kuwait, and 2.04% higher at the DFM.
