The Board of Directors (BOD) of Bahrain Flour Mills Company B.S.C. (BFM) agreed in its meeting held on Tueday 13/02/2018, to recommend the following distribution to its shareholders registered on the date of the AGM (the record date):

• Cash dividend of 20% of the share nominal value, i.e. 20 fils per share.
• Please note that the above recommendation is subject to approval by the relevant regulators.
