Mubasher: GFH Financial Group will hold its board meeting on Sunday, 25 February, to discuss the resignation of the deputy chairman Ahmed Al Mutawa from his membership in the boards of GFH, Khaleeji Commercial Bank, and GFH Capital Limited.

The board meeting of GFH, which is listed on Boursa Kuwait, Bahrain Bourse (BHB), and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), will also discuss forming a new board with different tasks, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
