Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) general index edged up early Monday by 5 points, or 0.16%, to 3,297 points, hovering around 3,300 points which the DFMGI fell below on Sunday.
The real estate sector went up, topped by Emaar Properties and Arabtec Holding, which rose 1% and 1.2%, respectively.
Likewise, the transport sector levelled up on the back of Air Arabia which inched up 0.2%.
Meanwhile, the DFM's trading volume reached about 37 million shares exchanged through 870 transactions at a turnover of AED 68 million.
