The Board of Directors (BOD) of Gulf Hotels Group B.S.C. agreed in its meeting held on Sunday 18/02/2018 to recommend the following distribution to its shareholders registered on the date of the AGM (the record date):

• To distribute cash dividend of 30% of the share nominal value, e. 30 fils per share.

Please note that the above recommendation is subject to approval by the Relevant Regulators.
