Pursuant to MetLife AIG ANB's previous announcement published on Tadawul website on 19-02-2018 corresponding to 03/06/1439H regarding the Board of Directors' recommendation to reduce the Company's capital, MetLife AIG ANB would like to clarify item (4) of the mentioned announcement related to the reason of the capital reduction by stating that the reason of capital reduction is to restructure the Company's capital to offset SAR 170,000,000 of the Company's accumulated losses in line with the new Companies Law.
