The Board of  Directors of Bahrain Duty Free Shop Complex B.S.C. (DUTYF) agreed in its meeting held on Tuesday 20/02/2018 to recommend the following distributions to its shareholder registered on the date of the AGM (the record date):

• Cash dividend of 50% (of which 20% of paid-up capital was already distributed as interim dividend for the year 2017)
