Cairo - Mubasher: Beta Egypt for Urban Development has officially launched the first phase of its latest projects "Beta Greens New Cairo", which spans over a total area of 84.7 feddans at El-Mostakbal City
The company’s chairman, Alaa Fekri said that the project has an initial investment of EGP 6 billion, and that it has successfully got the governmental decision necessary to obtain the needed licenses.
Beta Egypt for Urban Development targets contractual sales of EGP 2 billion this year, according to the company’s statement.
Beta Greens will be carried out in six phases through the next five years, and it will include 3,000 housing units of various apartments, penthouses, duplexes and luxury villas.
The company took into account the diversity of areas and specifications of the project to meet the different needs of the target group of customers, as the development will feature modern architectural style with the percentage of buildings taking only 18.5% of the total area.
