Riyadh – Mubasher: Five private transactions on Thursday were executed on Al Tayyar Travel Group’s stock at the total of SAR 12.86 million on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The transactions saw trading of 494,700 shares, at SAR 26 per share, according to a bourse filing.

The highest level of trading Al Tayyar Travel’s stock during the session was at SAR 28.30, whereas the least was at SAR 27.80.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
