Barwa Real Estate Company held an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at Millennium Plaza Hotel Doha after attaining the required quorum.

 

The Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting endorsed the items on its agenda with respect to the following:

1. Reconciliation of the company’s Articles of Association in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Law and the Corporate Governance Code issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.

2. Authorizing the chairman of the Board of Directors with all the necessary powers to implement the resolution of the EGM and complete all the required procedures in that regard.
