Cairo – Mubasher: An investment consortium, led by BPE Holding for Financial Investments, plans to establish a university outside Cairo with up to $30 million in investment.
The consortium, which comprised of local and foreign investors, will sign memorandums of understanding (MoUs) of the project within a month, BPE’s investment director Omar El-labaan told Almal News.
Accordingly, the investment alliance will be working on completing the required documents, including a presidential approval, to set up the university, he added.
BPE is aiming at investing around $100 million to $120 million this year in the education, renewable energy, food, and healthcare sectors, El-labaan indicated.
