The Board of Directors of the National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem), on 20-06-1439 Hijri, corresponding to 8-03-2018, has announced its recommendation to the Company General Assembly the distribution of dividends to the shareholders for the 2017 financial year as per the following:
1 - Number of shares eligible for dividends: 480,000,000 shares.
2 - Total amount of dividend is SAR 240 Million.
3 - Dividend per share SAR 0.5
4 - Dividend represent 5% of the Share face value.
5 - The entitlement of the dividends for the year 2017 shall be for the shareholders registered in Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the General Assembly Meeting which will be announced at later date.
6 - Details of the dividend distribution dates will be announced later.
