Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Union National Bank’s (UNB) shareholders approved the distribution of AED 550 million in dividends, with a per-share dividend of AED 0.2.

The Abu Dhabi-listed bank posted a 5% year-on-year increase in net profits during the full-year 2017, registering AED 1.65 billion.

UNB issued $500 million bonds, with a five-year maturity.
