Riyadh – Mubasher: Kingdom Holding Company’s (KHC) owner Alwaleed bin Talal has sold his stake in the Four Seasons Hotel in Beirut to a Syrian investor, informed sources said.

This stake was sold during Saudi Arabian billionaire Prince’s detention in the kingdom’s anti-corruption probe which began in November, Financial Times newspaper reported, citing the sources as saying.

Syrian businessman Samer Foz purchased bin Talal’s stake, the sources added.

Saudi authorities released bin Talal during the previous period after reaching a financial settlement.

In January 2018, informed sources stated that Saudi Arabian investment firm KHC sold its stake in Four Seasons Hotel Beirut at a value of $100 million.
