Dubai – Mubasher: MAG Robotic Investments has signed an agreement with Emaar Properties for the development of a fully-automated parking facility at Dubai Marina under a build-operate-transfer (BOT) scheme, according to a company statement. 

MAG Robotic Investments, MAG Group’s unit, has selected MAG Royal Solutions to manage the new project.

The facility will have the capacity to serve around 700 cars, which will ease parking pressure around the Dubai Marina area, and will provide Valet parking service, the UAE-based company revealed, giving no further details on the value of the project. 

The new development will be located on the ground and first floors of a building, which will also include house restaurants and retail outlets.
