Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based the Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Tawuniya) stock saw two private transactions at a value of SAR 46.27 million on Thursday on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Tawuniya’s stock saw trading of 660,000 shares, at SAR 70.10 per share, according to Tadawul’s data.

The first deal’s amount hit SAR 29.4 million after 419,340 shares were exchanged, while the second transaction’s value reached SAR 16.87 million, with trading volume of 240,000 shares.

Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.

Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
