Salama Cooperative Insurance Company announces receipt of an updated valuation report from appointed actuary on 15/03/2018, with a net increase of SAR 2.25 million in technical reserves, subject to approval of Auditors, Audit committee, Board of Directors and SAMA. The updated figures will be reflected in the 2017 financial statements. If approved, the impact on the financial statements would be SAR 2.25 million.The Company confirms that what will be reflected in the financial statements as a results of this increase in reserves is not material. However, this announcement is made following the company's commitment to its shareholders by complying with relevant disclosures and transparency regulations in the kingdom.
